Every Design that we create goes through design failure mode & effect analysis by using top line simulation software. All the forces & stresses induced during machining & its effect on part geometry is studied well in advance at design stage only. Fixture assembly is in actual the most vital process as it is where the design concept is physically realized. We have a highly experienced team in assembly who makes sure each fixture we manufacture is free from all errors & has zero operational troubles during part machining at customers end.
We have a strict policy that “No fixture will be dispatched without component trial” to avoid any later hassles to customer.
The in-house facility for product & process validation helps our customers to conduct part machining trials at our end. The part machined can be checked by in-house QA with respect to the required geometrical tolerances, surface finish, etc. using high precision measurement systems.
Process Capability & Process Capability Index (Cp, Cpk) can be calculated at our end only.
This largely reduces the fixture setup & prove-out times at customer end & eliminates any chance of error in fixture.
